  • Delays in payment may result in postponed delivery or cancellation of the order.

4. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.
  • While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, natural events) may occur.
  • SG Cosmetics is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Product Customization

  • All product formulations, packaging, and labels are created as per client approval.
  • Once approved, changes may result in additional charges or extended timelines.
  • SG Cosmetics is not responsible for regulatory compliance in international markets unless specified.

6. Returns & Complaints

  • Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the products.

  • Any logos, brand names, or designs shared by the client remain their intellectual property.
  • SG Cosmetics retains the right to showcase finished work for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

SG Cosmetics Manufacture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products, except as required by law.
